What is a good blog website that anyone could access and anyone could comment on?

This is for an online journal for an educational trip, and it is essential than anyone can comment on the blogs, not just members of the website. EVERYONE, NOT JUST MEMBERS OF THE WEBSITE for myspace and xanga you have to be members

8. Most blogs allow anyone to comment. (Blogger or LiveJournal for example) However the owners/creators of the blog have the option to limit the people who comment on the blog. That is usually what causes restrictions for who can comment on a blog. A few sites that definitely do not allow random commenting are Xanga and MySpace. Contrary to the answers above which are incorrect, you do need to be part of Xanga or MySpace to comment. You don't have to be a friend of the person, but you need to have an account.
